Create branded, shareable medium reaching stakeholders, partners, and prospective members

Editorial Strategy & Brand Development:
Led collaborative process defining editorial themes: career empowerment, entrepreneurship, health, community success, and diaspora excellence
Developed the BEACON naming concept symbolizing light, leadership, and visibility, aligned with the NPIM mission
Created sophisticated, modern visual identity using brand tones and bold typography
Content Design & Digital Publishing:
Designed a flexible, grid-based editorial layout ensuring easy navigation and visual flow
Created custom templates for cover stories, member spotlights, Q&A interviews, resource pages, and event highlights
Optimized design for both mobile and desktop readability
Delivered high-quality, interactive PDF format with supporting social media graphics

Successfully launched to over 150 live attendees during the 2025 NPIM Career Empowerment Conference
Distributed digitally via NPIM mailing list and social channels, reaching a broader community
