The Challenge
The brand needed a unified identity and packaging system that would:
Maintain visual harmony across eight different SKU flavours
Make each flavour easily distinguishable at retail level
Communicate African heritage, modern health consciousness, and retail readiness
Appeal to both diaspora and mainstream health-conscious consumers

Our Solution
Brand Identity:
Created bold, circular logo reflecting unity, tradition, and trust associated with homemade pap
Developed cohesive brand system using earthy, organic tones with vibrant highlights for flavour differentiation
Packaging Strategy:
Designed scalable system with round label stickers and rectangular pouch labels
Created distinct colour schemes for each flavour while maintaining brand consistency
Product Line Development: Eight flavours with unique visual identities: Yellow Pap, Spiced Yellow Pap, Guinea Corn Pap, Millet Pap, Mixed Grain Pap, Nutrimix Pap, and Nutrimix Combo Pap, all available in multiple sizes.
